VACANCY

We are on the lookout for a Wellhead/Tree Inspection and Installation Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Ichalkil and Pokoch fields. This role is pivotal in supporting our Completions Manager and ensuring the success of all well completions activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee wellhead/tree installation and maintenance operations.
  • Deliver a set of procedures for tree preparation, planning of installation and testing.
  • Prepare and evaluate contractors during bidding processes
  • Manage contractors and supplier to ensure quality
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to uphold our commitment to safety and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 12 years of industry experience, including 5+ years in the field.
  • A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise in offshore wellhead/tree installation, particularly in HPHT environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English

Location: Ciudad del Carmen
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with offshore activities as per request.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Spanish
  • General knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment normativity is desirable
  • Experience of at least 3 years in Oil and Gas industry
  • Strong skills for working with excel and create reports
  • Proficient experience in Budget Estimation, Planning, Tender Documentation preparation for the Supply and Services
  • Proven experience with coordinating/managing works with Contractors (Service Providers) as Client (Oil & Gas Company) and executing works as Contractor (Service Provider) for Client (Oil & Gas Company)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control costs and budget for the HSE area
  • Manage deliverables for all contracts in the HSE area
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Service entrance sheets, goods receipt sheets in SAP
  • Prepare cost estimation, and contract drafts.
  • Review Scope of Work for new contracts or purchases and follow up until services are contracted
  • Ensure compliance with national content (support for C&P)
  • Ensure compliance with REPSE (support for finances)
  • Prepare monthly budget reports
  • Follow up on the procurement plan

Position for Project Delivery Area, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring timely reviews providing risk analysis model and approvals, and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to maintain project timelines and quality.

Key Requirements:

  •  Education: Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in project controls, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector and 3 years on similar scale projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Competencies: Creativity, teamwork, flexibility, cross-cultural thinking, strong HSE culture, and a focus on development.
  • Special Requirements: Flexibility to travel and willingness to work at field construction sites or contractor facilities internationally.
  • Language: Fluent in English, Spanish
