International Anti- Corruption Policy
Fieldwood Energy LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively “Fieldwood”) are committed to operating in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards. The long-term success of the Fieldwood depends on our ability to explore and optimize oil and gas opportunities, while being responsible corporate citizens. Accordingly, Fieldwood will conduct business in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”), U.K. Bribery Act 2010 (“UK Bribery Act”), and similar anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations enacted by other countries in which Fieldwood might conduct business (collectively, “Anti-Corruption Laws”).
Fieldwood’s International Anti-Corruption Policy establishes requirements that all Fieldwood officers and employees and any agents, consultants, business partners and other third parties engaged in international work are expected to comply with, in addition to Anti-Corruption Laws and all other applicable laws and regulations, whenever they are acting on the Fieldwood’s behalf. Employees should read this policy in conjunction with the Fieldwood Employee Handbook, which sets forth Fieldwood’s codes of business conduct and other employment-related guidelines, and the rest of the International Compliance Policy, which includes the Gifts and Hospitality Policy and Third Party Due Diligence and Monitoring Policy. Fieldwood Energy E&P Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Fieldwood Mexico”) is accepting drilling rig proposals for drilling services in the Ichalkil and Pokoch fields located in the Bay of Campeche, Mexico as described in the request for proposal and associated documents found at the following links: Fieldwood RFP for Drilling Services (English Version) (Spanish Version) which includes a Fieldwood CA for Mexico, FCPA Due Diligence Questionnaire. Please send the completed documents and all other requested information to Doug MacAfee at email@example.com (713 969 1315) by January 15, 2017. Fieldwood Mexico reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal at its sole discretion and there shall be no binding obligation between Fieldwood Mexico and your company for drilling services unless and until a final drilling contract and final drilling order with all associated agreements is agreed and executed between Fieldwood Mexico and your company.
